1.   Current Briarhill residents who are seeking a different unit type should contact Management by calling (952) 937-1735.
2.   Annually, Briarhill Apartments will mail a letter to confirm your continued interest in remaining on the waiting list. You must respond in order to remain on the waiting list. With the update letter, you will be able to review the information we have on file and provide us with updates to that information. If your mailing address changes before this letter is sent, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for contacting us to update your address.
3.   Briarhill Management will contact you when you are at the top of the waiting list to continue the application process.
